Reiki is an ancient, hands-on, energy healing technique. It works on all three levels (physical, emotional and spiritual) to help your body heal it's self.

Sessions are usually done with the client fully clothed and laying on a table. They take anywhere from a half an hour to an hour. During the session, clients may feel tingling or warmth where my hands are placed and an overall feeling of extreme relaxation and a sense of peace.

Reiki Classes

Reiki classes are taught in 3 levels. Anyone can learn Reiki. It takes no prior training or skill, just a desire to help other people heal. It can do no harm, so it can be used on anyone (babies and pets included).

Level 1 opens the student to the Reiki energy and teaches them what Reiki is, how it is used, and how to do a Reiki session on a client or themselves.

Level 2 opens the energy connection further and teaches students symbols that enhance and direct the Reiki flow. This level also teaches students how to do absentee and distance healing. Many students are surprised by the difference in energy strength after a level 2 class.

Level 3 or Master Training further opens the energy connection and shows how to attune and teach other students.
