Great for relaxation. With a Swedish massage you'll be treated to long, slow strokes and kneading techniques as I concentrate on the closer-to-the-surface layers of your muscles, and on active and passive movement of your arms, legs, feet, hands, shoulders and neck.

What you can expect

You will be experiencing a form of health enhancement and relaxation that has been around for centuries. I will do everything possible to ensure that you can relax and fully enjoy your massage.

Your massage will be in a peaceful, comfortable environment. I'll ask about your reasons for getting a massage, your lifestyle, stress level, areas of pain and other pertinent topics that will help make your massage a more rewarding experience for you. Naturally, all the information you provide is completely confidential.

During the massage, your modesty will be respected at all times. You'll undress in private according to your own discretion and drape yourself in a sheet I provide. As I proceed with the massage, I will undrape only that part of your body that I am massaging.

Expect me to occasionally inquire about your comfort during the massage, but I will limit conversation according to your mood and wishes. Whether talking puts you at ease or you prefer a more introspective experience, I will make your entire massage relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.
